Terms of Use

A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tenant’s arrival date.
In all cases, the total rental amount must be fully paid before check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be notified to the landlord in writing.
The following conditions apply:

•  Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund of all amounts paid.
  
• Cancellation between 14 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  
• Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: no refund will be issued.

If the landlord cancels the booking, all amounts paid by the tenant will be fully refunded.
